Shipping policy

Freight Policy: We utilize UPS, USPS, SpeeDee (regional delivery service), and FedEx when appropriate. Shipment by LTL is utilized for large orders necessitating use of pallets.

Backorders: Because we deal with foreign suppliers, it is possible some items may be backordered. These items will be sent as soon as the merchandise arrives. Please let us know in advance if you will not accept backordered items.

Minimum Packs: Many items have lower prices when ordered in case packs (see pricing information). Please note these packs cannot be changed in any way, such as combining colors, or sent in split shipments.
